We offer a comprehensive suite of professional services to protect and preserve your jewellery:

Stone Security & Tightening
Over time, settings may loosen with wear. Our master jewellers examine the piece under magnification and secure any prongs, bezels or pavé elements to ensure your stones remain perfectly set.

Deep Polishing & Refinishing
Restore the glow of your gold or platinum. Our refinishing process removes surface scratches, enhances shine and revitalises the original finish whether satin, high-polish or textured.

Rhodium Replating (White Gold)
For white gold pieces, rhodium coating naturally fades. We professionally re-plate your jewellery to return its bright, luminous tone.

Chain, Clasp & Component Repair
If a chain breaks or a clasp becomes worn, we can repair or replace it with matching parts to preserve the integrity of the design.

Stone Replacement
Should a gemstone be lost or damaged, we source a perfectly matched replacement maintaining clarity, cut, and colour consistency with your original piece.

Professional Cleaning
A deep ultrasonic and steam clean removes built-up residue, restoring brilliance and radiance.

How the Repair Process Works

1. Submit a Repair Request
Complete our Repair Form or contact Client Services. Share photos and details so our team can assess the work needed.

2. Complimentary Initial Evaluation
Our atelier reviews the piece and provides:

  • an expert assessment
  • a transparent repair quotation
  • an estimated timeframe

3. Insured Shipping or In-Person Drop-Off
UK customers receive a pre-paid insured shipping label. For international clients, guidance is provided for secure shipment.

4. Restoration by Our Artisans
Your jewellery is inspected, repaired, polished and professionally cleaned before final quality approval.

5. Safe Return Home
Once complete, your piece is returned to you beautifully restored, elegantly packaged and ready to be worn again.

Repair Timeframes

Standard repairs typically require 7–14 business days, depending on complexity. Bespoke restoration or stone replacement may require additional time.

Cost Transparency

Minor repairs such as polishing, tightening or cleaning start from £20–£50.

More complex work is quoted individually based on materials and craftsmanship required.

Pieces from the Lumière Uniquities and Lumière Classique collections receive priority evaluation and specialist handling.

Warranty Repairs

If your jewellery experiences a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, repairs are complimentary.

Accidental damage is not covered, but can be repaired through our standard service.
